Running A Google Ads Campaign And Not Seeing The Results You Want?
Get 30 Days Of Professional Google Ads Management For Free
Read On For More Info And To See If Your Business Qualifies
Hey!
I’ll spare you the long sales letter page, and give you all the details you need on this as simply as possible…
If you’re a local service business running Google Ads and you’re not seeing the lead flow you need from your campaign to keep your team busy, then I might be able to help out.
For the time being (no idea how long I’ll do this, but won’t be forever) I’m offering the first 30 days of Google Ads campaign management for free to qualified businesses.
If you want to continue past the first 30 days, then it would be at the normal monthly rate.
If you don’t want to continue after the first 30 days – no problem!
Worst case scenario you can just go back to what you’re doing right now, or go in another direction entirely.
Just because the first month is free doesn’t mean that it’s a lower quality service.
I’ll be doing everything I would be doing for a paid client…
- Full campaign build/optimization
- Landing pages
- Conversion tracking
- Call tracking and recording
- Personalized updates, etc
Nothing will be held back. The goal will still be results and an improved campaign.
Why the hell am I doing this?
Personally, I’ve been wanting to branch out into other industries, run more campaigns, and expand out the portfolio of case studies more.
In the process of doing that – I’m on a mission to help 100s of businesses run better Google Ads campaigns, run better advertising in general, generate a ton of high quality leads, and make a bunch of money in the process.
In order to do that a bit faster, I thought – Why not make a really good offer to help that move a bit faster and create some win-win situations along the way?
So, instead of sending a bunch of messages to people asking…
“Wanna buy my sh*t?”
And spending months doing that to no avail.
I figured something like – “Wanna… try… my sh*t?” would be a bit more appealing.
I know that this industry is competitive, and I know that I’ve already got documented successes and case studies (found below on this page if you’re curious), but I still believe that you have to earn business.
I’ve audited a lot of campaigns out there, and I know that this industry is full of agencies big and small that have no idea what they’re doing.
Or worse… they just don’t care.
I’m also very well aware that a lot of potential clients look at someone like myself and likely won’t fully trust me until they’ve seen results.
So, to create a potential win-win situation, I’m offering the first 30 days of Google Ads campaign management at no charge.
Worst case – Things just don’t work out, you’re not out any additional money, and we just part ways.
Best case – I’m able to help you clean up your Google Ads investment, and get it pointed in the right direction to being a more profitable campaign… all before any money’s been exchanged.
So, who is this for?
To be totally upfront – I’ll only have a certain amount of time to do all of this, and won’t be able to work with every client in every industry.
I mainly work with local service businesses and home service businesses, and tend to not venture too far outside of that.
So, I’ve got to have some qualifying points here, because I’m not going to be able to work with everyone.
Google Ads work best if your business fits these points…
- Established business with multiple years of experience
- Established online presence with website, Google Business Listing, solid reviews, etc
- Have multiple sources of leads outside of just Google Ads
- Have experience with buying/handling online leads or leads from online marketing
- Spending at least $2,000/month consistently on Google Ads (can be higher or lower depending on the industry)
- Have the team and operational capacity to handle more leads and work
- Have an existing sales process that consistently turns online leads into paying customers
- The math needs to math – Cost Per Click Vs. Cost Per Lead Vs. Customer LTV
- Bonus Points – If you know your numbers. For example: knowing your average lead cost, lead close rates (from online leads and not referrals), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and customer LTV (Lifetime Value)
What it boils down to is – If you’re an established local service business with the need and capacity for more leads, but your Google Ads campaign just isn’t getting you enough leads to keep your team busy then I might be able to help out.
I don’t lay these points out to be all exclusive… it’s just kind of the reality of running Google Ads and marketing in general nowadays.
Google Ads can be pricey, and some markets/industries are tough to make the numbers work. The whole system works best when a majority of the points above are checked off.
Not looking to run campaigns in every industry…
One last quick thing to go over…
The math just needs to math
Over the past two to three years, certain industries have become much more difficult to run profitable campaigns on Google Ads
Meaning… the cost per click has gone up, causing the cost per lead to go up, and unfortunately the revenue per customer hasn’t gone up in a lot of cases.
So, we just don’t end up making enough money from the campaigns to really make them work.
Quick examples of industries where it’s hard to make the math work – junk removal, auto detailing, window tinting, etc
There are certain markets where things are perfect, and they can work, but for the most part I’m looking to avoid those types of industries moving forward.

Dumpster Rental Google Ads
This Dumpster Rental Google Ads campaign is still running in the Sacramento CA area. We launched this campaign during the holidays, but it’s been holding steady despite going through that period of time.
For this one, we’re running a regular search campaign along with a remarketing campaign to supplement it.
The great thing with remarketing campaigns, is that you can also show ads that “follow up” with people who end up on your website organically.
So, if someone doesn’t convert into a lead either from your Google Ads campaign or on your website, you can show them another ad and have them convert into a lead further down the line.
Running both of those campaigns side by side have been huge for my clients to cut down cost per lead, and to boost up lead flow.
So far, this campaign is up to 620+ leads and counting.
Towing Google Ads
Pool Service Google Ads
We started this pool services campaign back in about September of 2024, and have been optimizing it ever since then.
At first, cost per lead was higher than I would have liked. Part of that is the campaign needing to be optimized, and another part of that was from seasonality.
Launching campaigns before the winter holidays can be rough because the cost per lead can get out of whack, especially in seasonal industries like pool services.
Regardless, we continued to optimize the campaign and have taken the overall cost per conversion on this one from it’s start around $125 per lead down to about $70 per lead.
This one is also running a main search campaign as well as a remarketing campaign.
Having the remarketing campaign for this account has been great to help bring down the overall cost per lead.
Auto Tinting Google Ads
At this point, I guess I should update the case study video for this campaign. For this tinting client, we’ve been able to generate over 840+ leads over the course of a little over a year.
This campaign started out as just a regular search campaign, and then later last year we added in a remarketing campaign.
The interesting thing with this one is that during the slow months, the remarketing campaign really carried this account. Often it outpaced the main search campaign.
So far, the main search campaign has generated 638 leads at a cost of $21.60 average over that time.
The remarketing campaign has generated 209 leads at a cost of $11.22 per lead. That’s October 2024 through March 2025.

Junk Removal Google Ads
Junk Removal can be a competitive industry, but you can really gain some ground in your business with an effective Google Ads campaign.
This particular campaign was run in Colorado Springs, and routinely brought in form fill and phone call leads on a regular basis.
As you can see from the screenshots here, the cost per lead was right around $25, and the phone call lead quality was good.
The leads you get from Google Ads campaigns aren’t just a bunch of emails. They’re inbound form fills and phone calls with people looking to solve a problem. In this case, the business had people reaching out to them who had junk they needed removed.
Concrete and Masonry Google Ads
For this particular client, they had been running Google Ads for a while for their concrete and masonry business. Once I dug into their account, I noticed that things weren’t looking too good.
Over the course of 3 years, they had only generated 46 leads on their account, and each of those leads cost them $438.10.
Not too good.
After working with them for a few months, I was easily able to cut that lead cost way down to $25.67.
This got more lead flow going their way, and more jobs coming in through the door.
Within the first couple of months, they ended up closing a bigger deal that easily covered ad spend and more. You can see that screenshot below.
Auto Detailing Google Ads
Both of these case study videos over on my YouTube Channel cover a couple of the many auto detailing campaigns I’ve run on Google Ads.
There’s a lot that goes into creating a profitable and effective Google Ads campaign. From campaign build, to landing page design, to ongoing optimization it can be a bit of a process.
When you stick to the process though, a well built and optimized Google Ads camapign can supply your business with leads on demand. It really becomes an asset for your business over the long term.
Both of these detailers were seeing anywhere from 30 to 50 leads per month on only a $25/day budget.
Conversion rates on these campaigns were anywhere from 25% to 35%, and sometimes higher.
The best part is that half of those leads every month were inbound phone calls. My personal favorite.
Because of the high intent of those phone call leads, they were easily able to close around 50% of the leads generated into new business.
Bathroom Remodeling Google Ads
Before…
Conversion rates around 2% and paying over $300 per lead
After…
Conversion rates around 20% and paying about $75 per lead
Typically, when you’re running a Google Ads campaign, a couple of the most important things to focus on are conversion rate and cost per lead.
Conversion rate is the number of people who land on the page that convert into a lead. We always want to get a higher conversion rate, because a higher conversion rate means a lower cost per lead.
Before I started doing work on this particular campaign, the client’s campaign was converting at the highest at 2%, but they were paying at least $300 per lead.
The main reason for this is because they were running a campaign sending traffic to their website’s homepage.
What I focused on here was cleaning up the campaign itself, building it out better, and then sending that traffic to a well designed landing page.
The result of it all brought the conversion rate up 10x from 2% to 20%. On top of this, the cost per lead went from at least $300, down to around $75 per lead.
From No Online Presence To 5 Figure Deals With Big Corporate Clients
When I started working with IMP Digital Studios years ago, they pretty much started with no online presence at all.
Fast forward, and we’ve worked together on multiple websites, and I’ve been able to get them ranked for competitive search terms around video production services in New Jersey.
Because of that, they’ve been able to land a ton of new business, and have been able to bring on bigger corporate clients.
On top of that, we’ve most recently built an entirely new website for their in house recording studio as well. This site is also currently ranking on the first page for search terms like “recording studio paramus NJ” after only a few months.

Ranked #1 On Google For Over 5 Years And Outgrew Their First Shop
I worked with Intuitive Powder Coating when they were just getting started up, and I built out a site for them and did some ongoing SEO on that site.
Fast forward to today, over 5 years later, and they are still one of the top search results for terms like “powder coating shop nj” or “powder coating nj”.
Because of this, they’ve had consistent business coming in over the years and have growth their shop 10x bigger from their early days.
Marketing Materials and Marketing Strategy For Multinational Flavor And Fragrance Company
Berje Inc is a flavor and fragrance company with their headquarters located in New Jersey. They’ve got multiple other locations all over the world where they manufacture and source their lines of flavors and fragrances.
They brought me in when they were delving into the world of online marketing. We started things off by putting together a marketing video for use on their website as well as at all of their trade shows. On top of that, I consulted on their overall online marketing strategy and helped them get their website and online efforts moving in the right direction.
“Bringing Chris into the fold early was immediately constructive thanks to his ideas and quick execution in planning and developing our marketing initiative. Chris was able to balance the obstacles and find a solution that resulted a truly effective piece of marketing to this day. The success of this campaign along with many of the marketing plans in motion today are thanks to Chris’ consultation and guidance.”

$21,500 Generated From $587.32 In Ad Spend
These results are for multiple different dental practices in multiple different markets agross the United States, and all of the sample sizes are taken from roughly about a month worth of data.
This particular campaign was for dental implants, and one of the practices was able to generated $21,500 in new implant patients on only $587.32 in ad spend.
The campaign put leads through an application process which had them completing a 14 question form to pre-qualify them for the procedure.
Definitely a more high ticket lead generation funnel as a dental implant case usually starts at $5,000 and goes up from there.
“Over the years I have worked with many companies in an attempt to increase new patient referrals. Sorry to say but most of them turned out to be more promises and less performance. That being said, working with Chris Down was a different story. During our time together I received more valid new patient leads than I had been able to achieve in the past. Chris is easy to work with and has a great deal of knowledge. Feel comfortable when it comes to putting your trust with him.”
